PUBLIC NOTICE TORCH LAKE TOWNSHIP DECEMBER BOARD OF REVIEW DECEMBER 10, 2024

Please take notice Torch Lake Township will be holding December Board of Review at the Torch Lake Township Hall, 2355 N US-31, Kewadin MI on December 10, 2024, at 9:00 am at this meeting the following will be addressed: 

-Clerical errors relative to correct assessment figures.                          -Mutual mistakes of fact relative to correct assessment figures.        -The rate of taxation, mathematical computations relating to the assessing of taxes.                                                                                            -Public comments will be heard.                                                                  -Valuation appeals CANNOT be heard at the December Board of Review.
