Torch Lake Township Trustees
Torch Lake Township's government is conducted by a township board consisting of five members. Those five members include the Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer, and two elected "Trustees". Each Trustee's term lasts 4 years.
To qualify, candidates must take an "oath of office" from the township Clerk or other qualified officer. Other township officers authorized to administer the oath are the Deputy Clerk, Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor.
