Statutory
duties:
- Maintains
custody of all township records
- Maintains double entry accounting records for all funds
- Prepares financial statements
- Prepares warrants for all township checks
- Records and maintains township meeting minutes
- Publishes Board meeting minutes
- Maintains the township book of oaths
- Posts special meeting notices
- Maintains voter registration records
- Conducts elections
- Maintains the township's ordinances book
- Appoints a deputy
- Posts a surety bond
